1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 55fb (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the 55fb website at https://55fb.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 55fb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 55fb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 55fb platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting 55fb customer support. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated provisions.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

55fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the change is significant, 55fb will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via on-platform messaging or email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of 55fb after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version (if any is made available) and the English version, the English version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 55fb platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 55fb is an adults-only platform and strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under the applicable laws governing your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual private person, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of 55fb, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by 55fb management.
• You are not self-excluded from the 55fb platform or from online gambling platforms generally under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

2.1 Age Verification

55fb enforces a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all new registrations. Before any real-money deposit, withdrawal, or bonus activation is permitted, account holders are required to submit a valid government-issued identity document confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid Bangladeshi birth registration certificate accompanied by a secondary photo ID.

Until KYC verification is completed to 55fb's satisfaction, the platform reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain game categories. Accounts where age verification has failed or where fraudulent documents have been submitted will be permanently suspended and any balance held will be reviewed in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 55fb platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

When registering a 55fb account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes after registration.

3.1 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55fb account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or 55fb support agents (55fb support staff will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 55fb immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

55fb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. Any activity carried out on your account prior to 55fb receiving and processing a formal report of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

3.2 One Account Per Player

If 55fb identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether discovered through technical matching of device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment method details, identity documents, or any other means — 55fb reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances held across those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be reviewed before release and may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the 55fb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you transfer via your chosen payment method is the exact amount that is credited to your 55fb wallet, subject to any applicable minimums or maximums specified at the cashier.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

55fb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the cashier screen and may vary by payment method. 55fb reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice. Where a payment method is removed, any pending transaction initiated via that method will be processed or refunded within the timeframe communicated by the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 55fb cashier team within the timeframe displayed on the cashier screen at the time of request. Before a withdrawal is approved, the account must have completed KYC verification and must not be subject to any ongoing investigation, bonus wagering requirement, or account suspension. Withdrawal requests submitted during active bonus wagering periods will be held until wagering requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

55fb applies a payment consistency policy: withdrawals must, where possible, be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent financial crime and money laundering. If the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal, the 55fb cashier team will work with you to identify a compliant alternative.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

55fb offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this Section 5. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Section, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a 55fb account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for that promotion, after which any unmet bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the 55fb platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion's terms. As a general guide:

• Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the promotion.
• Sports betting markets may have specific contribution rules defined per promotion.
• Certain jackpot and featured games may be excluded from bonus wagering altogether.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

55fb reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — including associated winnings — if it determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal variance; colluding with other players to transfer bonus value; or exploiting a technical error or promotional miscommunication.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 55fb platform are subject to the rules set out in this Section 6, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.

6.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not accepted by 55fb until the platform's system has confirmed receipt and issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets not carrying a valid confirmation reference are not valid and will not be settled. Odds displayed on the 55fb platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds locked in at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on the 55fb platform — including live cricket markets for BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately prior to an in-play market suspension will be voided if the suspension occurs before the platform's system has fully confirmed and locked the bet. 55fb accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the player's side that prevent a bet from being submitted prior to market suspension.

6.3 Slot & Casino Game Rules

All slot and casino game outcomes on 55fb are determined by certified RNG engines operated by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run values provided by the game provider and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session. 55fb does not modify, adjust, or override any game engine parameter supplied by a licensed provider.

6.4 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted by 55fb at odds that were clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), 55fb reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. A palpable error is defined as odds that deviate materially from the fair market price that would have been available on comparable markets at the same time. 55fb will communicate the void decision to the affected player via their registered contact details within five (5) working days of identifying the error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55fb platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Activity: Submitting false identity documents, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or impersonating another person during account registration or verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the 55fb platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. 55fb is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes in a coordinated manner, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit a bonus.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players, or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a card network or payment provider for deposits that have already been used for gaming activity on 55fb. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and legal recovery action.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the 55fb platform by any person under 18 years of age, including sharing account credentials with a minor.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the 55fb platform as described in Section 3.2.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Either the player or 55fb may initiate the closure or suspension of a 55fb account, subject to the provisions of this Section 8.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 55fb account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal settlement rules, and any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Closure

If you request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including but not limited to concerns about problem gambling — 55fb will process your request as a self-exclusion. A self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent closure may be requested. During a self-exclusion period, 55fb will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded account from being re-activated or a new account being opened with the same verified identity. 8.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension

55fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole reasonable discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against 55fb deposits.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Any conduct that 55fb reasonably determines poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended by 55fb pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via their registered email address within five (5) working days of the suspension. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance returned. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and any balance decision will be communicated in writing.

8.4 Disputes

Any dispute arising from the closure or suspension of a 55fb account, from the settlement of a bet or game round, or from the application of any bonus term should be raised first with the 55fb support team via live chat. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at support level, you may escalate it to the 55fb compliance team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a full description of the issue. 55fb aims to respond to all formal disputes within ten (10) working days of receipt.
